Nations Title Agency continues its national expansion initiative by opening an office in Wisconsin. This new location will allow Nations Title's loyal clients to receive the high level of quality and service they are accustomed to by providing local expertise with national experience.
The Wisconsin office will be operating under the umbrella of the successful Nations Title Agency of Minnesota, whose clients were the ones that suggested Nations open a branch in Wisconsin. This location is expected to initially conduct over one hundred closings a month, and their knowledgeable staff will be lead by Blaine Sigafoose. Blaine brings a decade of experience in the industry, including running his own mobile notary closing service, working as a branch manager for a title agency, and managing that company's HUD contracts with the state of Wisconsin.
Nations Title Agency's quest to assist financial institutions, realtors, builders, credit unions and attorney with quality title, escrow and appraisal services on a local and regional basis has been growing across the country since the company was founded in 1989. This latest move comes as part of a decades-long tradition of expansion, innovation, and an unparalleled dedication to their clients.
"Our clients have come to expect a certain level of service and experience that they are not finding with other title companies," says Nations Title Agency Regional President Clyde Wagner. "When they could not find that in Wisconsin, we stepped in to help them like a great partner should."
Major clients are evaluating the stability of title companies, and turning to an established company like Nations Title Agency with over two decades of continued growth and success creates stability and confidence. Nations Title Agency of Minnesota's Wisconsin office creates a strategic edge for Nations Title Agency and its clients, strengthening both in the often turbulent real estate market.
