Delaware House Bills 57 & 58 recently took effect. Among other things, this legislation:
· Requires a Notice of Intent to Foreclose 45 days prior to complaint filing.
· Establishes an Automatic Residential Foreclosure Mediation Program.
· Requires that a statement of debt supported by affidavit accompany the foreclosure complaint.
